Ofmeco was founded in 1974 as a company for mechanical assembly in industrial an naval shipbuilding.
Over the years it has become a point of reference in the Italian panorama of power generation and petrochimical plants.
The first production plant was built in the 90s for the construction of pressure vessels for the new thermoelectric power stations in Italy and the modernization of existing ones.
Italian leader and internationalization
With the new millennium it is consolidated as a leader in the power generation market in Italy.
With the expansion of its activities to petrochemicals and hydrocarbons, the need arises to increasingly specialize the construction technologies and engineering that is dedicated to the service of products.
The last two decades have marked the internationalization of the Ofmeco group, operating in industrial shipbuilding, in the design and construction of pressure vessels, up to the engineering of new applications in the renewable energy sector and technologies low carbon.
